Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 2 1/2 c flour
  • 3/4 c splenda
  • 1 Tbls baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 1/2 c oil (sub yogurt or applesauce)
  • 2 eggs or egg product

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease muffin tins.

Mix dry ingrediants, then add wet ingrediants, stir in cranberries. Bake for 25-30 min.
