Cranberry Orange Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 3/4 c splenda
- 1 Tbls baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/2 c oil (sub yogurt or applesauce)
- 2 eggs or egg product

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease muffin tins.
Mix dry ingrediants, then add wet ingrediants, stir in cranberries. Bake for 25-30 min.
