Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.25 lb of all ground beef or ground beef n pork mix
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (or if one doesn't like onions use TBS of onion powder for flavor)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pinch pepper (< 1/8 tsp)
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1-1/2 tsp parsley (fresh or ground) (can leave out if don't have)
  • 2 TBS ketchup (or more)
  • 1 tsp mustard (regular)
  • 1/2 tsp worshester sauce
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients together and roll into ball and place in bread loaf pan

or

place foil onto a cookie pan and place cooling rack over pan and place the rolled meatloaf onto cooling rack

bake at 400 for 45 min (however has taken up to 1-1/2 hours and sometimes turn up to 425) (depending on oven)
