- stew beef
- onion
- celery
- carrrots
- potatoes
- veggies of your choice
- v-8 juice

Step 1
Flour stew beef. Fry beef in oil, with celery and onions. Add v-8 juice. Cook 1 hour at 350 in roasting pan. Add carrots and potatoes cook another hour. Add other veggies. Cook unto veggies are cooked. Use gravy mix, add corn starch if needed.
