Chicken Stuffing Bake
Easy meal for two. I usually serve with a salad or cold fruit.
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 1 can French Fried onions
- 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 3 grilled chicken breasts, shredded
- small can LeSeur Peas, drained
Prepare stuffing according to directions. Stir in 1/2 can of onions.
Spoon stuffing into 9" pie plate. Press across bottom and up sides of dish to form a shell.
Combine soup, milk, chicken and peas; pour into shell. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining onions and bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
