Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Preparation
Step 1
Put one cup of water in a small saucepan. Add one cup of sugar. Heat to a boil while stirring. Reduce heat and continue to stir until the sugar dissolves. Add one cup each of lemon and lime juices. Stir.
Cool to room temperature. Find a clean container. Using a funnel, pour liquid into container. Seal and store in refrigerator indefinitely. Use whenever a recipe calls for sweet and sour mix.
