Ritz Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can of chicken broth
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Ritz crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken breasts for about 30 minutes. Shred when finished cooking. Combine the 3 cans of cream of chicken and sour cream into a pyrex dish. Pour in chicken broth and chicken and mix.

Melt 1 stick of butter. Crush up Ritz crackers and combine with butter. Spread over chicken and cook at 375 for 20 minutes.
