Peaches and Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 (9") frozen pie shells
  • 2 large cans peach halves, drained
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 4 T flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 oz whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Drain peaches and dry on paper towels. Arrange peaches in pie shells, round side up.

Mix sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon; stir in cream. Pour over peaches. Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes.
