DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup softened butter or margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Blend into creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 - 9 minutes.
