Ingredients
- Batter:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Cinnamon Raisin Bread- sliced thick 1 inch
- Sauce:
- 1-1/2 cups fresh Orange Juice
- 12 ounces (1 bag) Cranberries
- 1 cup Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix eggs, milk and vanilla in a medium size mixing bowl.
Dip Atlanta Bread Company's Cinnamon Raisin Bread slices into the batter.
Place in a frying pan over medium heat and cook approximately one minute on each side.
Sauce:
Mix orange juice and sugar in a medium size mixing bowl.
Place cranberries in a sauce pan and add approximately 3 cups water.
Add juice/sugar mixture and bring to a boil and then let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve sauce with Cinnamon Raisin French Toast.
