Sour Cream Chicken Strips

  • 2 lbs chicken strips
  • 1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farms seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and Pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Lay chicken close together in baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coat with a thick layer of sour cream. Top with breadcrumbs and dot with butter. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
