- 4 TBSP BLACK PEPPER
- 1/2 TBSP NUTMEG
- 1/2 TBSP NUTMEG

PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A 2 TO 3 QUART CROCK POT AND MIX
TURN ON LOW LETTING ALL INGREDIENTS COME UP TOGETHER, MIX AGAIN,
LET SIMMER IN CROCK POT 4 TO 6 HOURS, TURN OFF AND LET COOL, PLACE INTO AIR TIGHT CONTAINERS PLACE IN FREEZER TILL NEEDED
