Tuna Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup diced peeled potato
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can tuna

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt margarine in saucepan. Add onion and celery until softened, stirring often.
2. Add water, potato, bouillon, dill, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium low. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until potato is tender.
3. Add corn, milk & tuna. Heat for about 10 minutes stirring occassionally until heated through.
