Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast cutlets
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
1. Rub chicken with oil, thyme leaves, salt and pepper. Cover with plastic and refrigerate 1 hour.
2. Prepare a medium grill or heat broiler according to manufacturer’s directions. Grill or broil chicken breasts 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through. Garnish with parsley.
