Ingredients
- 2 bags Success White or Brown Rice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chicken OR Beef
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup diced red bell peppers
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions and drain. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet or wok. Add onion, saute 1 minute. Add eggs; sramble. Stir in Meat choice (shrimp, chicken, ham, beef), peas, bell pepper, garlic powder, rice, soy sauce and sesame oil, heat through.
