Ingredients

    bags Success White or Brown Rice

  • 2

    tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1/2

    cup chopped onions

  • 2

    eggs, beaten

  • 1

    cup cooked shrimp, chicken OR Beef

  • 1

    cup frozen peas, thawed

  • 1

    cup diced red bell peppers

  • 1

    tsp garlic powder

  • 3

    tbsp soy sauce

  • 2

    tsp toasted sesame oil, optional

Directions

Prepare rice according to package directions and drain. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet or wok. Add onion, saute 1 minute. Add eggs; sramble. Stir in Meat choice (shrimp, chicken, ham, beef), peas, bell pepper, garlic powder, rice, soy sauce and sesame oil, heat through.
