BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1 Tbl. vinegar
• Several dashes hot pepper sauce
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1-2 Tbl sugar
• 1/4 tsp. celery seed
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes until thick.
