Ingredients
- 6 eggs room temp
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 8 oz cans creamed corn
- 3 small boxes rice crispies
- 1 blk butter
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Beat eggs.
Fold in corn, & rice crispies into pan with melted butter.
Fold in eggs.
Add sugar.
Pour into 13x9 buttered pan, or glass baking dish.
Place that into another pan containing 1/2 inch of water.
Bake at 375 for 45 min.
Insert toothpick to check for doneness.
