- 2 Tbsp marmalade
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp butter

Combine marmalade and syrup
Combine pecans, flour, and salt
Brush marmalade mix on chicken breasts, then dip chicken in pecan mixture.
Heat butter and oil. Add chicken. Cook for 6-9 min, turn and cook 6-9 min more
