Ingredients
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. ground ginger
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 3 lbs. sirloin steak (about 2" thick)

Step 1
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 7 ingredients; add beef. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard the marinade. Prepare grill for indirect heat. Grill steak, covered, over indirect medium heat until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees; medium, 160 degrees; well-done 170 degrees).
