Ingredients
- 1 pkg (30oz) shredded hash browns, thawed
- 2 C sour cream
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 C onion, chopped
- 1/4 C butter, melted
- 2 T parsley
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt.

Step 1
In large bowl, combined all ingredients. Transfer to ungreased 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour.
