Pickled Hot Jalepeno Peppers

Ingredients

  • 2 qts. peppers
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Seed, stem & slice peppers. Set aside.

Combne vinegar & water and heat simmer, do not boil.

Pack peppers tightly in jars, poiur hot vinegar over peppers leaving 1/2" head space. Add salt.

Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
