Ingredients
- 1 can (32 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 c. low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 c. milk
- 4 tbsp. butter
Preparation
Step 1
Combine corn, potatoes, onion, and broth in slow cooker.
Cover. Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
Puree in a blender until smooth and creamy. Return mixture to cooker and stir in milk and butter.
Cook on high 1 more hour.
