- 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup nonfat buttermilk

- 1 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon, or to taste
- CREAMY ITALIAN DRESSING
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion flakes
- CREAMY THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING
- 1 Tbsp. pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
