Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (400g) firm pressed tofu
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) Braggs or soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) toasted sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) cumin
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Slice tofu into sticks and toss with remaining ingredients. Allow to marinate 30 minutes or overnight. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Place tofu on a baking tray and bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and enjoy hot or cool.
_ Braggs is a flavouring liquid sold at health-food stores. It can be substituted for soy.
