Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced deli ham, sliced into thin strips
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 (1lb) loaves cocktail rye bread, to serve
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a slow cooker, combine the ham, cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup. Stir in the Swiss cheese. Cover and cook on low until cheese is melted, about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve on cocktail rye slices.
Note: One reviewer added a cup of sour cream and 4 total cups of shredded cheese. Try variations like sliced turkey with Monterey jack/Colby mix. Or Roast Beef and Mozzarella.
