  • 1 1/2 c coconut water
  • 1 large carrot cut into 3 pieces
  • 1/4 medium beet, raw and peeled, cleaned and cut into pieces (feel free to freeze for later use)
  • 1/4 c cashews
  • 1/4 c chopped dates
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 14 large frozen strawberries

Step 1

Place the ingredients in the order listed in a high powered blender, leave out strawberries, blend for 1 minute. Add strawberries, blend on high for another minute.
