Mexican Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts (boneless/cut-up)
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 lb Velveeta Cheese
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 can Rotel
  • Tortilla Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Saute the chicken, bell pepper, and onion in 1/2 stick of margarine until meat is tender.

Add remaining ingredients. Cook all until cheese is melted.

Pour in slow clooker to keep warm until ready to serve. Serve with chips.
