Pia's Chocolat Salami

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Maria cookies (Goia)
• 5 1/2 oz Ghiradelli semi sweet chocolate
• 1 c sugar
• 1 whole egg
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 tblsp butter (salted)
• 2 tblsp water
• Wax paper

Preparation

Step 1

Break the cookies into small pieces. Melt chocolate with 2 tblsp water. Melt butter.

Mix chocolate, sugar, melted butter and eggs. Then mix in cookies. Place on wax paper and make a roll.

Refrigerate for 12 hours.
