Ingredients
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cups of low sodium chicken/vegetable stock
- 1 bowl frozen broccoli
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 clove of mince garlic
- Salt and Pepper

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a pan and whisk in the flour with the oil. After this, add in the stock and whisk well so that no lumps are formed. Transfer the entire mixture to a slow cooker and add the broccoli. Add garlic, salt and pepper and cook on low heat for six hours. Just before turning off the heat, stir in the cheese and let it melt thoroughly before serving the soup.
