Corn and black beans

Ingredients

  • 12 qt. pan 1/2+ full of tomatoes (ROMA are best)
  • 5 large green peppers
  • 5 onions
  • 8 japalenos
  • 16 hot banana peppers
  • 2 bulbs garlic
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 3/4 C. white vinegar
  • 5 T. garlic powder
  • 3 C. tomato paste
  • 5 T. canning salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook all ingredients for approximately 3 hours.

ADD: 3 cans black beans
2 cans corn

Cook 1 additional hour
