Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup unflavored coconut water
- 1 Tbsp asian fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp sambal oelek or SriRacha
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth.
