My mom's recipe. I think the original came from the old Betty Crocker cookbook, with the addition of vanilla.

Ingredients

  • 3

    eggs, slightly beaten

  • 1

    c corn syrup

  • 1

    c sugar

  • 2

    T melted margarine

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 1 1/2

    c pecan halves

  • 1

    9" pie shell

Directions

Blend eggs, corn syrup, sugar, margarine and vanilla. Stir in pecans; pour in shell. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
