Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry puree
- 1 cup dried cherries or cranberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 large red onion, pureed or diced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 six oz can tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- 4 half skinless chicken breasts on bone
Preparation

Salt to taste
In the slow cooker pot, mix Cherry PUree with dried cherries/cranberries, pomegranate juice, onion, onion powder, tomato paste, oil, and oat bran. Add chicken to slow cooker and toss. Cover. Cook 5 hours on low or 2 1/2 hours on high.
REmove chicken from slow cooker and serve over Wild Rice hot.
