Ingredients
- 1 1 1 package (1 lb) bulk Italian sausage
- 1 1 1 cup chopped green bell pepper (1 large)
- 1 1 1 cup chopped onion (1 large)
- 2 2 2 cans (19 oz each) Progresso® Vegetable Classics hearty tomato soup
- 2 2 2 cans (19 oz each) Progresso® cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
Preparation
Step 1
1 In 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, cook sausage, bell pepper and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink.
2 Stir in soups and beans. Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
3 Sprinkle each serving with cheese
