Ingredients

  • 4 med. apples, pared and sliced
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp. sweetener
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. hot water

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange the sliced apples in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle the sweetener, lemon juice, and cinnamon over the apples. Combine the melted butter, crackers, and bread crumbs and sprinkle over the apples. Pour the hot water carefully over the topping.

Cover and bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.

This makes 8 servings at only 105 calories per serving.
