Ingredients
- Prepared pizza dough
- 1/4 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1 roma tomato sliced
- 5-6 slices fresh mozzarella
- Fresh arugula
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F. Top pizza crust with sauce, then prosciutto and mozzarela. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown (melted butter can be brushed on the crust to help it brown if desired). Once cooked, remove from the oven and top with tomatoes and arugula. (Tomatoes can be added halfway through cooking if desired).
