GRANDDADS'S MAPLE -SOY SALMON

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 6 salmon fillets (5 oz each)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/3 c maple syrup
  • 2 T reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 t Dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Coat a stovetop grill or large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Season both sides of salmon fillets with salt and pepper. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce and mustard. Brush mixture all over the salmon. Grill salmon for 3 to 5 minutes per side, until fish pulls apart when tested with a fork.
