Ingredients
- 1 15-oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup mustard
- 1 cup water
- 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 lbs. beef, eye of round
- 6 hamburger buns or dinner rolls
- 2 dashes hot sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Slice eye of round roast into thin slices.
Place in crockpot. Add all ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 4 to 6 hours. Serve on hamburger rolls.
Additional Tips
For an added burst of flavor, top with cole slaw.
