Sushi Salad

Ingredients

  • Add:
  • Sushi Rice-Cook occ to directions
  • (2 cups)
  • 1/3 C rice vinegar
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 3 tsp salt
  • Heat to dissolve-add in glass bowl to cooked rice.
  • Dressing:
  • 6 TB soy sauce
  • 2 tsp mayo
  • 2 tsp Wasabi powder
