Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Place mushrooms in a glass or earthenware bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and pour over mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Marinate a few days before serving.
