Maple Baked Apples

Ingredients

  • 4 large apples
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 lemon, the juice of
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Core apples but don’t cut all the way through.

Set hollowed-out apples in a baking dish and fill each with brown sugar, cinnamon, cranberries, and pecans. Drizzle with lemon juice and maple syrup. Add a little water to baking dish.

Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes.
