Warm Roasted Pepper & Artichoke Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 Cup fat free mayo
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped fine
  • 1/3 Cup finely chopped roasted bell pepper (7.25 oz jar)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In food processor bowl with metal blade, combine parmesan cheese, mayo, cream cheese and garlic.
Process till smooth.
Place mixture in large bowl. Add artichoke hearts and bell pepper. Blend well. Spread in ungreased 9 inch quiche dish or glass pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Serve warm with crackers vegetable or snack bread slices.
