Ingredients
- 1 pkg.(16 oz.) linguine
- 6 cloves frozen garlic
- 6 tbsp. sugar
- 6 tbsp. safflower oil
- 6 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 6 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 6 scallions, sliced
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and put into container.
2. Combine garlic, sugar, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes:bring to a boil in a sauce pan until sugar dissolves.
3. Pour sauce over pasta, toss scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
4. Serve warm or cold.
