Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 can black beans, rinsed & drained (14 oz / 398 ml)
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 C green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/3 C onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 Cfresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 TBLS italian salad dressing
- 2 TBLS lime juice
- 1/8 tsp salt

Step 1
In a medium bowl; combine all ingredients. Toss gently until well blended. Add more lime juice if desired
