Ingredients
- 12 oz frozen, chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup celery, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw and press our liquid from spinach. Mix remaining together and fold in spinach. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Freeze. To serve: Thaw. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut in 6 wedges and serve.
