Spicy Lemon-Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- Marinate 6 hrs.
- 6 T olive oil
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 1/4 C rosemary leaves
- 2 T crushed red pepper
- 6 cloves chopped garlic
- 4 1lb pork tenderloins
- Salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine olive oil, rosemary, lemon juice, red pepper, garlic & pork in large resealable plastic bag. Press out any air in bag, seal & refrigerate 6 hrs.
Let pork stand at room temp. for 1 hr. Preheat oven to 400 and preheat grill. Remove pork from marinade. Scrape off most of garlic & rosemary & season with salt & pepper. Set them on grill & grill over hi heat til browned all over, @ 6 min. Transfer to large rimmed baking sheet & roast in oven for @ 14 min, or til thermometer registers 130. Cover loosely with foil & let rest 10 min. before carving.
