Ingredients
- Slice Potatoes
- Onion
- Pats of Butter
- Cheddar Cheese
- Flour
- Milk
- Thin Pork chops
- Salt & Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Grease Dish
Slice Potatoes
Dice Onion
Pats of Butter
Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese
Sprinkle Spoonful of Flour
Layer Again
Pour Milk in Bottom of Dish (about 1")
Place Thin Pork chops on Top - Season w/ Salt & Pepper
Cover with Foil
Pre-heat to 375 then turn down to 350 when you place dish in oven.
Bake for 1-1/2 hours
Last 1/2 hour take foil off to brown
