CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP - WEIGHT WATCHERS

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup macaroni (uncooked)
  • 2 cups celery
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz)
  • 1/2 lb boneless-skinless chicken
  • (cooked and cut-up)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water, broth, garlic, salt, pepper, tomatoes to a boil. Add macaroni, celery, carrots, onions and chicken to soup base. Simmer for 1/2 hour or until vegetables are cooked.
