Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp table grind pepper
- 4 cups marinara sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except marinara sauce-Do not overmix. Divide into eight meatballs. Place meatballs on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake meatballs for 15 minutes
2. Place marinara sauce in a large sauce pan, add meatballs. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes
3. Serve with your favorite pasta
