Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 (16-ounce) package light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Stir together biscuit mix and brown sugar. Add eggs, and beat with a spoon until blended. Stir in vanilla, coconut, and, if desired, pecans. Pour into a lightly greased 9- x 13-inch pan. Bake 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into squares to serve.
